Men
Men of Influence is a ministry dedicated to the fellowship of men of all ages. We truly believe that iron sharpens iron and we want to help the men of our church be the strong leader their family needs. Besides Bible study and discussion, we have work days where we help those in the church family with odd jobs. We also have monthly get-togethers for great food and fellowship.
Call the church office or Pastor Vinny for details.
Women
We have several opportunities for women to get together and learn and fellowship, from young mothers to senior ladies. Women of Influence offers the following opportunities:
Women's Bible Study meets Wednesdays at 10:30 AM at Pat Falco's. Contact them or the church office for details.
Women Empowered meets once a quarter with Tianna Greene for a lively time of discussion, fellowship and ministry. Watch for an announcement of the next meeting.
RC Young Adults
RC Young Adults exists for young adults ages 18-29 who want to connect and grow in their relationship with God and others. Through small groups our young adults are equipped to take on the world and be successful in fulfilling their God-given purpose.
RC Young Adults currently meets Thursdays at 6:00 PM for Bible Study in the Fellowship Hall. Contact Payson Williams for information.
RC Youth
RC Youth exists for students 6th-12th grade. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and exciting atmosphere where students grow in their relationship with God and others. We believe God has a purpose and plan for every student and it is our goal to help them discover God's purpose for their life.
Middle schoolers (grades 6-8) meet Sundays 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for games, food, fellowship, worship, and a message each week.
High schoolers (grades 9-12) meet Sundays 6:00-8:00 PM for food, fun, fellowship, and a message each week.
For more info: contact Payson Williams at 802-775-5805.
RC Kidz
Our RC Kidz ministry (newborn - 5th grade) is more than childcare and more than education. Our goal is to come alongside parents and guardians and help to raise up a generation of life-long Christians. Our RC Kidz team is intentional, organized, and passionate about helping to make God real to our children and help them grow in a relationship with Jesus. Each level strives to equip, empower, and encourage our children to see themselves the way our loving God sees them, to use their talents for good, and to grow in their knowledge and trust of God.

Bus Ministry
We have an 18-passenger bus to pick up those who do not drive. Available for both 9 AM ans 11 AM services.
If you need a ride to and from church, please call the church office at 802-775-5805. Our office manager will pass your request on to our bus driver.
The bus has a wheel-chair lift and we can seat several wheel-chairs at one time.
Small Groups
God never intended us to live this Christian life alone. Nor did he intend us to meet just once a week in corporate worship. He's called us to live and love in relationship with others. That's why small groups are an integral part of the Christian walk. We don't just "do" church, but we start "being" the church. We offer the following RC Groups:

Grief Ministry
After the funeral, when the cards and flowers have stopped coming, most of the people around you return to their normal lives. But your grief continues and you feel alone. Often, friends and family want to help you, but don’t know how. That’s the reason for grief ministry.
Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we’ve been in the same place. We will walk with you on the long path through grief toward healing and hope for the future.

Divorce Ministry
Often when one is facing a separation or divorce you don't know where to turn for support. Those who have gone through this issue many times feel alone or ostracized by the local church. Questions like "How do I start over?" and "Am I a failure?" weigh heavy on one's mind.
DivorceCare provides care and support for people who have experienced separation or divorce or are going through this process. This 13-week, video-based support group provides practical tools for coping and points people to Christ for healing and hope and is led by caring people who have "been there".
